The MaliCoil is an innovative fiber optic coiling system developed for overhead network installations, specifically designed to secure fiber optic cable coils onto pole-mounted isolators and conductor supports. Developed by SM-CI, the MaliCoil provides a clean, adaptable, and effective solution for managing aerial fiber slack in utility and telecom deployments.
Its patented variable geometry design allows for precise branch-length adjustment during installation, optimizing the coil shape for both functional performance and visual neatness. The system also supports an optional BRB bracket, enabling direct attachment of a splice enclosure to the coil structure for added utility.
Available in three sizes—MaliCoil-S, MaliCoil-M, and MaliCoil-L—this system ensures flexible deployment across a range of pole configurations and cable management requirements.
