The Mechanical Tension Repair Splice MechaSplice® Series is an industry-leading mechanical tension repair splice designed for medium-voltage (MV) applications. Built to comply with AS/NZ 1154.1, ANSI C119, and IEC 61284, C119.4 standards, the MTRS Series provides superior range-taking ability and high-strength performance, rated up to 10,000 lbs. Featuring double shear head bolts, this design eliminates direct bolt-to-conductor contact, preserving the integrity of the cable and removing the risk of damage.
